Our Story · Built with Daisy
We started BambooTide because the plastic we use every day doesn’t stay where we leave it — and better everyday routines felt harder to find than they should.
Built with Daisy · Living and learning in the Philippines
The spark
BambooTide began with a simple, uncomfortable observation: the plastic we use every day doesn’t disappear. It rides rivers after rain, catches in mangroves, settles on beaches, and shows up far from the store shelf where it felt “done.”
Living in the Philippines made that impossible to look past. Not as a statistic — as a place. Typhoon season and high water. Shorelines and canals after the tide shifts. Single-use bottles and sachets in daily life because they’re cheap, convenient, and everywhere. You start to notice how much of “normal” is designed to be thrown away once.
At the same time, we were looking for better oral care and bathroom basics — things that actually work, don’t fill the cabinet with guilt, and don’t leave a plastic handle that outlives all of us. The good options were scattered. The noise was loud. The filters were thin.
So we built BambooTide — with Daisy — as a place for fewer, better everyday choices, and a clearer line back to the water.
Not another trend brand. A careful home for plastic-free and low-plastic essentials people already use: oral care, clean beauty, and practical kitchen tools that help waste less food. Plus free guides, a goal planner, and a river game that keeps the mission playful — because change sticks when it fits real life.
Why we exist
One better toothbrush is a small act. Thousands of people swapping the same daily object is a current. We believe systems change and cleanup matter — and that personal habits are where most of us can start without waiting for permission.
BambooTide exists to make those habits clearer: curated products, honest impact (10% of net proceeds toward verified cleanup), free education, and tools that keep you coming back for the right reasons.
What we stand for
Four pillars we filter every decision through — including what we refuse to sell.
Renewable bamboo, cleaner formulas, and packaging that drops plastic when quality holds. We don’t chase “natural” labels that hide weak performance.
How we choose →10% of net proceeds from shop sales and Goal Garden Premium is reserved for verified ocean and river cleanup. We publish the plan — and the log when gifts land.
Mission & impact →Good intentions need good information. Free guides cover plastic audits, humid-climate skincare, everyday SPF, and lighter living — so you can choose with confidence, not guilt.
Explore free guides →Tide & Crown turns cleanup into a free river game. Goal Garden helps you tend real-life goals. Stay with BambooTide for more than a checkout cart.

Today we curate products through Amazon while we develop our own BambooTide bamboo toothbrush line. Oral Care is our deepest aisle; Beauty and Kitchen grow carefully — fewer SKUs, higher bar.
We’re not pretending to be a finished brand with a full warehouse. We’re building in public: guides, Goal Garden, Tide & Crown, and an impact plan that stays empty until the first real gift is logged.
One small habit at a time.
One cleaner ocean at a time.
Start wherever fits: a better brush, a free guide, a goal in the garden, or a voyage on the river.
